Quackers Cafe is a relaxed spot in Goldsworth Park, quietly set beside the lake on Wishbone Way in Woking. It’s the kind of neighborhood cafe that fits seamlessly into daily routines, especially for families and locals looking for a casual place to catch up or unwind after a stroll. The seating often allows you to gaze out at the water and watch the local ducks and swans, which adds a gentle, natural charm to the atmosphere.

The cafe offers a straightforward menu with simple yet well-executed food options like paninis, fish finger baps, and scones, alongside extras such as crispy chicken fillets or hash browns. While some drinks like hot chocolate can lean on the lighter side in terms of flavor, their chocolate milkshakes — particularly popular with families — regularly get positive nods for being a comforting choice. Quackers also stands out for offering some of the most affordable coffee in the area, which still manages to satisfy local tastes.

The staff contribute notably to the welcoming vibe, often creating a friendly and inclusive environment for visitors of all ages. This makes it easy for parents with young children to feel at home, especially those who enjoy a spot where the kids can interact with the resident ducks or pick up some duck food before heading out around the park.

Best visited during daylight hours, preferably in mild weather, the cafe’s spot by the lakeside encourages lingering over a drink or a quick bite while enjoying the quiet views. It’s a well-suited stop for anyone combining outdoor walks or family outings with a casual refreshment break. Those looking for a bustling or trendy coffeehouse scene might find it understated, but locals appreciate its calm, community-oriented feel.

Lovely family friendly cafe, reasonably priced and incredibly welcoming staff! They made my son feel extra special about becoming a big brother recently which has made his day. We love coming here for chocolate milkshakes and will continue to do so with both boys!

A lovely little gem of a cafe tucked away between the Goldsworth park lake. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be returning again.

Cute little cafe in Goldsworth Park. We ordered two hot chocolates, a panini, fish finger bap, and a scone. All the food was great, but the hot chocolates were a bit too bland, no sweet/choclatey flavour, they tasted like water. Staff were very friendly and the ambience is peaceful with a nice view of the park and lake. We would come back again to try other food and drink options.

Absolutely love Quackers! It’s the cheapest coffee in the area and still absolutely delicious! Staff always lovely too. They sell duck food too so it’s nice to grab a coffee to go, have a walk around the lake and feed the ducks. Can’t recommend enough !

Quackers is such a lovely, local cafe with lake views and perfect for being social with the resident ducks, geese and swans! The food is simple, but very tasty and achieves what it sets out to do. There is a wide selection of hot and cold drinks, and all are served by very friendly staff. I’d definitely recommend Quackers for a nice relaxing refreshment stop!

Nice little independent cafe which was really nice to have on a cold morning while our son played football. We ordered a Vanilla Latte and a hot chocolate both were nice but took a little while to be made. Recommend a stop off for a light bite and a coffee and view the massive range of rubber ducks on display.
